Anti-Spam Policy
Last Updated: February 14, 2025
Weknusa ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to maintaining a communication environment that is respectful, relevant, and free from unsolicited or deceptive messaging. This Anti-Spam Policy outlines the standards that apply to all electronic communications sent through or in connection with the Weknusa platform available at weknusa.com.
By using our platform or any communication features we provide, you agree to comply with this policy. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.
1. Scope of This Policy
This policy applies to:
- All users who send communications through the Weknusa platform
- All electronic messages sent on behalf of Weknusa by our team
- Marketing, transactional, and notification emails originating from our systems
- Messages exchanged between participants, instructors, and platform administrators
- Any automated or bulk messaging initiated through integrations with our platform
2. Definitions
2.1 Spam
Spam refers to any unsolicited, bulk, or irrelevant electronic communication sent to recipients who have not given explicit consent to receive such messages. This includes, but is not limited to, email, in-platform messaging, and push notifications.
2.2 Unsolicited Message
A message sent to a recipient without a prior direct request, opt-in consent, or an existing legitimate relationship that would reasonably justify the communication.
2.3 Bulk Messaging
The simultaneous or automated distribution of identical or substantially similar messages to multiple recipients, particularly where those recipients have not individually consented.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on or through the Weknusa platform:
- Sending unsolicited commercial messages to other users or external parties
- Harvesting, scraping, or collecting email addresses or contact details from the platform without authorization
- Using purchased, rented, or third-party mailing lists to send communications through our system
- Disguising the origin of messages or using false sender information
- Using deceptive subject lines or message headers that misrepresent the content
- Sending messages containing malicious code, phishing links, or fraudulent offers
- Repeatedly messaging users who have requested to stop receiving communications
- Circumventing unsubscribe mechanisms or opt-out requests
- Using automated scripts or bots to send messages through platform features
- Impersonating Weknusa or any other user, organization, or entity in communications
4. Consent and Opt-In Requirements
4.1 Explicit Consent
Any marketing or promotional communication sent through the Weknusa platform must be based on clear, freely given, and informed consent from the recipient. Consent must be obtained before the communication is sent, not retroactively.
4.2 Legitimate Interest
Transactional and service-related messages may be sent without prior marketing consent where there is an existing user relationship and the message is directly related to a service the recipient has actively used. Such messages must remain relevant and proportionate.
4.3 Consent Records
Users who send communications to other users or external contacts through our platform are responsible for maintaining records of consent. Weknusa may request evidence of consent in the event of a complaint or investigation.
5. Unsubscribe and Opt-Out
All marketing communications sent through or by Weknusa must include a clear and functional mechanism for recipients to opt out of future messages. The following standards apply:
- Every marketing email must contain a visible and working unsubscribe link or instruction
- Opt-out requests must be honored promptly and no later than within ten (10) business days
- Recipients who opt out must not receive further marketing messages after the request is processed
- Opt-out mechanisms must not require the recipient to provide additional personal information beyond what is necessary to process the request
- Transactional and account-related messages may continue after an opt-out from marketing communications, as these are necessary for service delivery
6. Our Own Communications

7. Third-Party Integrations
If our platform integrates with third-party tools or services that involve messaging capabilities, those services are required to comply with applicable anti-spam standards. Users who connect third-party services to their Weknusa account remain solely responsible for ensuring that all communications sent through those integrations comply with this policy.
